Data collected through website tools

Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, firm name, and message. Stored in our CRM (Airtable).
Diagnostic questionnaire responses: your answers and results are stored in our CRM to provide you with personalised recommendations.
AI Chat Widget interactions: conversation transcripts, timestamps, and any information you voluntarily share during chat are stored in our CRM. Chat interactions are processed through Cloudflare Workers and the Claude API (Anthropic). No conversation data is used to train AI models.
Email communications: when you email us, your correspondence is retained for service delivery and follow-up purposes.

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
Deliver our services under contract
Improve our website and service offerings

Third-party services

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Form submissions are processed via Make.com and stored in Airtable. We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Cloudflare Web Analytics for website performance and usage analysis. We may use Google Ads for remarketing purposes.

Anthropic (Claude API) provides the AI functionality for our chat widget. Form submissions and chat transcripts are stored in Airtable as our CRM system.

International data transfers

Some of our service providers (Cloudflare, Airtable, Anthropic, Google) process data outside Australia. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and, where applicable, GDPR requirements.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Diagnostic form data is retained for 12 months unless you become a client, in which case it is retained for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years (per Australian record-keeping requirements).

Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations)
Withdraw consent for marketing communications
